Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We explicitly collect IP addresses, use cookies, and utilize monitoring data (like Sentry) that may capture request headers containing personal data. We do not load non-essential cookies or tracking scripts without your explicit consent. When you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (a service provided by Google) to understand, in aggregate, how the platform is used and to improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data such as your IP address (collected with IP anonymization enabled), device and browser information, and the pages you visit, as a data processor on our behalf and under Google's own terms. We do not enable Google advertising or ad-personalization signals. You can grant or withdraw this consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer; without your consent, Google Analytics is never loaded.

Account deletion and data retention

When you delete your account, your access is revoked immediately and your profile and content stop being publicly available and are no longer used in our day-to-day operations. For 30 days you may reactivate the account simply by signing in again. After this window the account stays permanently closed. We do not erase your records right away. As permitted by Art. 16 of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), we retain your data — including account, transaction and audit-log information — for the period required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (notably tax/accounting rules and anti-money-laundering legislation, Law 9.613/1998) and to exercise rights in administrative, judicial or arbitration proceedings. During this period the data is kept under restricted processing: it is used only for audit, security, fraud prevention and legal-compliance purposes, never for the product, recommendations or marketing. Our standard retention period is 5 years counted from deletion. Once it elapses, your personal data is anonymized or permanently erased. Because of these obligations, the right to erasure provided by the LGPD may be limited for data we are legally required to keep; you can still request access to or a copy of your data, and contact us about your privacy rights. Separately, when you or another user reports a message or other content for review, we retain a copy of the reported content and its context for the time needed to assess the report and act on it — for safety, moderation and the defense of rights — even if the original message is later deleted by its author.
